Through qualitative interviews with patients, physicians, and healthcare specialists, three core systemic challenges emerged. First, a highly fragmented system places immense mental fatigue on patients trying to manage their own care pathways. Second, individuals with chronic illnesses lack an effortless way to consolidate their medical history for their doctors. Finally, a lack of transparent access to personal health data leaves patients feeling disempowered and unprepared for critical situations.
