Project overview

Biblo is a experiential/interactive navigation system designed to make public libraries feel warm, intuitive, and social. By pairing a physical standing kiosk with printable reading receipts ("readceipts") and custom book tags, the experience helps visitors discover new books and connect over shared reading interests.

The Challenge

Traditional Dewey Decimal cataloging creates high friction for casual readers, while library visitors often browse in isolation without connecting with librarians or fellow book lovers.

The solution

A standing interactive kiosk paired with printable "readceipts" and custom book tags that guides readers from screen to shelf using simple onboarding UI and RFID/barcode touchpoints.
